Accident-Prone or Just Toddlerhood?

It seems like all Adeline has done this weekend is get hurt.  Friday she fell and scraped both her knees.  Saturday the dogs knocked her down & she bumped her head (you saw that bruise).  Sunday she fell off our bed & bloodied her lip.  Monday she flipped over head first in the slide at Chick-fil-a and bruised her cheek.  So do they all go through this at some point or are we just bad parents?  I'm hoping for the former!

But she's pretty resilient and hasn't let it get her down for long.
